Watin tries to fast, but she feels hungry and thirsty, so her mother suggests other ways to participate in Ramadan. Watin joins her family in preparing breakfast, reading the Holy Quran, and praying in the mosque, and she begins to understand the meaning of Ramadan better. With the arrival of Eid al-Fitr, Watin feels very happy and celebrates with her family and friends.
